•FILES & MEDIA & PHOTOS

We require the media, photos, and files permission that allows the Platform to enable you to upload photos or documents to complete the application form during your loan application journey.

•Phone State

We can avoid fraudulent operations and secure your lending process by analyzing your phone state. It is required as it helps us in uniquely identifying a user, and we can prevent any unauthorized device from logging in to your account in our application.

•Storage

By checking your storage status, we can ensure your loan account statement is downloaded and saved on your phone; You can also upload the required documents for faster approval and disbursement of your loan.

By analyzing your application list, we can detect whether users have installed fraudulent applications that can change device information, such as GPS positioning. We will upload your application list from your mobile phone to https://api.zpcashloan.com..

•SMS

We need to access your sms to manage risk and conduct anti-fraud checks. Zippeso will never share your data with any third party without your permission. Your sms will be collected and uploaded to https://api.zpcashloan.com.

•To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

•To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

•To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

•To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

•For loans transfers or overpayment refunds: We may use Your bank information for Your loan transactions in Our application and the overpayment from You.
